If you encounter that the phone cannot recognize the wired earphone, it is recommended to perform the following troubleshooting:
1. Check whether it is the same brand earphone or a compatible earphone. You can try other earphones to check whether it is an issue with the phone or the earphones;
2. Check whether the earphone plug, earphone cable and phone interface are dirty or damaged, and clean it with cleaning tools. If it cannot be cleaned, you can go to the service center for processing;
3. After restarting the phone, re-plug the earphone to see if it can be restored;
4. Turn on the music/video software to see if there is sound in the earphone.
If none of the above methods solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest realme service center for testing and processing.
