I. Phone hangs when using a specific app

Causes:

1. The pre-installed app sometimes suddenly becomes abnormal.

2. Too much data and cache in the app can cause lag when using it.

3. Insufficient running memory on the phone.

Solutions:

1. You can long-press the pre-installed app to enter the App info, and click Force stop to quit the app. Then re-open it.

2. It is recommended that you clear the corresponding app data. Please long press the pre-installed app to enter the App info, open Storage usage, and click Clear data & cache.

3. When multiple programs are running in the background, the processor resources will be continuously occupied. This will cause lag when using the app. It is recommended that you clean up the background programs and turn off unused programs.

 

II. Phone hangs when using multiple apps

Causes:

1. Insufficient phone memory causes apps to lag.

2. Phone system version is old.

Solutions:

1. Please clear the phone storage space in time. 

Please go to Settings > Search "Storage" in the search bar > click  "Clean" on the "Storage" page and select unnecessary data to clean. It is recommended that you keep at least 20% of the storage available.

2. It is recommended that you update your phone system in time. The new version will optimize the system's performance.

 

If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data in advance and go to the nearest realme Service Center with your purchase certificate for testing.
