I. Check System Settings and Environment
1. Turn Off Automatic Tasks
Your phone may have automated settings enabled.
Scheduled Power On/Off: Go to Settings and search for "Scheduled Power On/Off" to check if this feature is on, and turn it off if needed.
Auto Update Overnight: The "Auto Update Overnight" feature in system update settings will restart your device when it's not being used to finish installing updates. If you don't need this, search for "Auto Update Overnight" and turn it off manually.
2. Check Environmental Temperature
To prevent damage to the battery and hardware, the phone has a safety mechanism that shuts it down if the temperature is too high or too low.
Suggestion: Phones work best in temperatures between 0°C and 35°C (32°F - 95°F). Please avoid using your phone in extreme temperatures for long periods.
II. Fix Software Compatibility and System Issues
1. Uninstall and Reinstall Specific Apps
If the phone only restarts when you are using one specific app, that app might not be compatible with the system.
