When capturing logs, please follow these guidelines carefully:

  • Overheating Logs: Record the entire process, starting from when the device is at normal temperature until it overheats. It’s important to capture all steps to better analyze the issue.

  • Lag Logs: While recording lag issues, always use the three-finger screenshot method to ensure the problem is properly documented.

  • Network Logs: For network-related problems like no signal or 5G issues, during log process, perform actions such as removing and reinserting the SIM card, toggling airplane mode on and off, and restarting the device. This helps in capturing the complete behavior of the issue.
