Solution:
Please try out the below steps to resolve the issue.
1. Please check whether there is moisture on the touch panel of the band or if it is dirty. If so, please clean and check again.
2. Charge the band and check whether the band responds
3. Check if the charging interface is dirty, reversely inserted or the charging port is positioned properly.
4. Put the realme band on charge, Press and hold the touch-sensitive button until your device turns off, wait for the device to reboot, and then check whether the issue is resolved or not.
