Solution:
In this case, you need to check the network status and whether the flight mode is turned on by mistake. Airplane mode will turn off the Wi-Fi function of the wireless module. Please follow the methods below to use Wi-Fi:
1. Click the Wi-Fi network icon in the lower right corner, the Wi-Fi network list appears.
2. Make sure that the airplane mode is off and Wi-Fi is on.
