Problem description:

realme Buds T310 when making a phone call, the other party hears the sound is small, silent, garbled, mic is silent, mic does not work.


Solution:

1. When wearing a single earphone for a call, you need to put the earphone box into the charging box, or wear both ears for a call.

2. Change the application to make a call, or use the phone's built-in phone function to make a call.

3. Change to a quiet and interference-free environment for calls.

4. Check whether the call MIC hole and the noise reduction MIC hole are blocked. If so, please go to the realme service center for repair.

5. The phone and the earphone should not be too far apart.

6. You need to connect to the realme Link app and update the earphone software to the latest version 1.1.0.43 and above.

7. You need to wear both ears and press the touch area of the earphone for more than 10 seconds to restore the earphone to factory settings.


If the above methods cannot solve the problem, it is recommended that you go to the nearest service outlet for inspection.
