1. Please confirm that realme Smart Cam 360° is connected to the power supply, check the WiFi network, and ensure that the camera is connected to WiFi and can access the Internet normally.

2. If the blue light of realme Smart Cam 360° indicator is on, it means that the network connection is normal. It is recommended to check the network, and switch the phone Airplane mode and try again.

3. If the indicator light of realme Smart Cam 360° flashes alternately red and blue, it means that the network has been disconnected. It is recommended to disconnect the power and try to restart it.

4. It is recommended that you check the WiFi network, please replace the Wi-Fi and re-pair the realme Smart Cam 360°.

5. If the red light of the real-world smart camera flashes, it means that it is waiting for connection. It is recommended to re-pair and connect it.

6. If the realme Smart Cam 360° keeps the red light on, the device may be abnormal. It is recommended that you bring the purchase certificate to the nearest realme Service Center for inspection.
