Problem phenomenon:
realme Smart Camera 360° is not turning on/powering on. When the camera is connected to the power supply, the camera light does not work.
Solutions:
1. Please plug the Cam in another socket and try again.
2. Please check if whether there is dirt or objects in the Cam port. If yes, please clear it and try again.
3. Please change another cable to try again.
