There are two time formats, 12-hour and 24-hour, you can choose it according to your preferences.

Path: Settings-> Device Preferences->Date&Time->Use 24-hour format
Step 1: Select the Settings
Step 2: Select the Device Preferences
Step 3: Select the Date &Time
Step 4: Select the Use 24-hour format to switch the time format.
Note:
1. It isn't applicable to the realme Smart TV Neo 32" due to the system differences.
