The Voice Assistant not working of realme smart TV
Reason:
1. Voice assistants have specific usage requirements, and they can only function properly if the customer uses them correctly.
2. Broken MIC function switch.
3. Abnormal TV software.
Solution:
1. Before using the voice assistant, it is recommended to confirm the following settings:
Check if the TV connects to the network successfully.
Make sure that your Google account is logged in.
Refer to How to use far-field voice? guide and ensure that the far-field microphone function is turned on.
When using the far-field voice function, it is best to stay within 3 meters of the microphones.
2. Please turn off and turn on the MIC of the far field again.
3. Please turn off the TV and unplug the TV power cord, wait for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
4. Please refer to How to reset realme Smart TV? in case the setting menu still can be seen, to restore the TV to factory settings.
5. Please refer to How to update realme TV system (OTA)? to upgrade the TV software
