Solution for TV can‘t wake up:
1. Please press the power key on the TV, If the TV can wake up, please refer to solutions 2,3,4,5,7 and 8 to troubleshoot.
If not, please refer to 5,6, and 8 to troubleshoot.
2. Replace a new pair of batteries for the remote.
3. Remove Obstructions or electronic interference between the TV and the remote
4. Reduce the distance between the TV and the remote.
5. Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord of the TV, then re-plug it in after 2 minutes.
6. Check if the power indicator lights up.
If the power indicator of the TV lights up, please refer to solution 8 to troubleshoot.
