Reason:
1. TV booting issue.
2. External device issue
3. Abnormal TV software.
Solution:
1. Please turn off the TV and unplug the TV power cord, wait for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
2. Disconnect the external device, then repeat solution 1
3. Refer to Software upgrade for realme Smart TV or Youtube How to upgrade realme Smart TV software with USB drive to upgrade the TV software.
