TV display is blurry when connecting to external signal sources
External signal sources: DTV /ATV or Antenna/Cable
Reason:
1. Poor contact.
2. Abnormal signal.
3. If your TV is able to play online videos normally, it could indicate that there are issues with the signal source. However, if it is unable to play online videos, it could be a problem with the TV itself.
4. Abnormal TV software.
Solution:
1. Please disconnect the cable from the TV and reconnect the cable to the TV.
2. Please re-search the station or channel.
3. If your TV can play online videos without any issues, it is recommended that you contact your signal supplier to inspect the source input.
4. Please turn off the TV and unplug the TV power cord, wait for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
5. Please restore the TV to factory settings.
6. Please upgrade the TV software,

External signal sources: HDMI or AV
Reason:
1. Poor contact.
2. Low resolution.
3. Abnormal TV or HDMI/AV device software.
4. If other HDMI/AV devices are connected to the TV and display normally, it suggests that there may be an issue with the HDMI/AV device.
If other HDMI/AV devices also display abnormally when connected to the TV, it suggests that there may be an issue with the TV itself.
Solution:
1. Please try unplugging and re-plugging the cable between the HDMI/AV device and the TV port
2. Please enter the settings menu of the HDMI/AV device and select the optimal resolution.
3. Please try restarting both the TV and HDMI/AV device.
4. If another HDMI/AV device is connected to the TV and displays normally, it's recommended to contact the supplier of the HDMI/AV device for further assistance.
5. Please restore the TV to factory settings.

TV display is blurry when playing video from an online source
Reason:
1. Low-resolution video.
2. Weak network signals can also result in an automatic reduction of video resolution by some apps.
3. Abnormal TV software.
Solution:
1. Please manually select high-definition picture quality in the playback interface of the film source.
2. Please check the network status. If you connect to another high-quality network, the TV should display normally. It's recommended to switch to other high-quality networks or improve your network quality.
