Causes:
1. No power supply to the TV stick.
2. Generally, input settings need to be changed when the TV stick is connected to the TV. If the setting is not changed or changed incorrectly, the TV can't recognize the TV stick successfully.
3. Poor contact can cause this issue.
4. A broken HDMI extension cable.
5. A broken HDMI port of the TV.
6. Abnormal TV software.
7. If the TV stick can work normally when connecting to other display devices， there may be some issues with the TV. If the TV stick can’t work normally when connecting to another display device, there may be some issue with the TV stick.
8. Abnormal TV stick software can cause this issue too.
Solutions:
1. Please disconnect the power cord from the TV stick and outlet and re-connect the power cord.
Change the power cord to another power outlet.
Replace the charger adaptor and power cord separately.
2. Check if some settings need to be changed when the TV is connected to the TV stick. If yes, please change to the correct setting.
3. Disconnect the HDMI extension cable from the TV and TV stick and reconnect it.
4. Connect the TV stick to the TV directly.
5. Try to connect the TV stick to another HDMI port of the TV. If the TV stick can work normally when connecting to other HDMI ports, there may be some issues with the HDMI port and it is suggested to contact the TV supplier for further help.
6. Restart the TV.
7. Connect the TV stick to other display devices. If the TV stick can work properly, there may be some issues with the TV, please change to other display devices to connect to or contact the TV supplier for further help. If the TV stick can’t work properly when connecting to other display devices, please unplug the power cord of the TV stick and plug it in after 2 minutes.
