After the earphones are placed in the charging case, if you do not close the cover, they will not be automatically disconnected and remain connected. Put the earphone into the case and close the cover for 5 seconds, the Bluetooth connection will be automatically disconnected.


After the realme TWS earphone charging case is closed, the Bluetooth remains connected. Please follow the steps to troubleshoot:


1. Check the power of the earphone case

Please check whether the power of the earphone case is sufficient. When the earphone case has no power, the closing action cannot be transmitted to the earphone, resulting in the disconnection. Please charge the earphone charging case in time.


2. Check indicator light status

Check whether the indicator lights up when the earphones are placed in the charging case. If the indicator light in the case cannot be turned on, please check and wipe the metal contact points on the lower rear to ensure normal contact. If the indicator light in the case can light up normally, confirm whether the earphone can be disconnected normally after the earphone is put into the case and the cover is closed.


3. Try resetting the earphones



If the problem still exists, please bring the purchase certificate to the nearest authorized realme service center.
