Problem phenomenon:
Bright spots, bad spots, dark spots, bright lines, dark lines, and color spots appear on the screen.
Causes:
1. Caused by foreign matter in the mobile phone film.
2. App design or abnormal causes.
3. Caused by hardware damage.
Solutions:
1. When the screen displays any content, if there are bright spots/spots/bright lines at fixed positions, it is recommended that you remove the film first to check the screen.
2. Please confirm whether the bright spots/spots/bright lines on the screen only appear on some app pages. If they only appear on some app pages, it may be a software problem. Please try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
3. If there are bright spots/spots/bright lines on all pages, it is recommended to restart the phone to try again.
4. Please update the system version to the latest update.
