Problem phenomenon:
Some characters missing or cut off when displayed on screen.
Problem causes:
1. The full-screen display switch is not turned on.
2. The system font is set too large.
3. The app is temporarily abnormal.
Solutions:
1. The app full screen display switch may not be turned on. Please turn on it.
realme UI 7.0 & 6.0 & 5.0 & 4.0：Settings > Display & brightness > Full screen for apps > Customise apps > Select corresponding apps > Turn on it
realme UI 3.0 & 2.0: Settings > Display & brightness > Screen display > Full screen display by app > Select corresponding apps > Turn on it
realme UI R & Go & T & S & U Edition: Settings > Display > Font size
2. Setting the font size too large may result in incomplete display. Please change the front size.
realme UI 7.0 & 6.0 & 5.0 & 4.0: Settings > Display & brightness > Font
realme UI 3.0 & 2.0: Settings > Personalization > Font & display size
realme UI R & Go & T & S Edition: Settings > Display > Font size
3. If only a single app appears, it may be caused by the abnormality of the third-party app. It is recommended that you delete the app and try to download it again or give feedback to the third-party app.
4. If the above troubleshooting is invalid, please back up important data, reset the phone to factory settings and try again.
realme UI 7. 0 & 6.0 : Settings > System & updates > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Reset network settings / Reset all settings / Erase all data.
realme UI 3.0 & 4.0 & 5.0: Settings > System/Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Reset network settings / Reset all settings / Erase all data.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options >Erase all data.
