realme UI 7.0 & 6.0: Settings > Accessibility & convenience > Enable Smart Sidebar > Swipe out Smart Sidebar > Take Screenshot
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > Special features > Enable Smart Sidebar > Swipe out Smart Sidebar > Take Screenshot

Assistive Ball
You can also take a screenshot by clicking the Assistive Ball.
