Problem phenomenon:
After the video or live Apps enter the background, it will continue to play the sound.
Problem causes:
1. App process cache loading;
2. The design of the app itself is like this;
3. The app turns on the background playback setting;
4. The phone enters the background stream mode.
Solutions:
1. After the live or video App enters the background, it will briefly send out unfinished audio, which is caused by the process cache loading of the live video App. This is a normal phenomenon.
2. In order to ensure user experience and consistency, some live or video Apps are designed to allow the live to continue playing sound in the background. You can long-press the App icon > App info> Force stop.
3. Some live Apps support the background playback setting. After this setting is enabled, the live Apps will continue to play sound in the background. Please turn off background playback in the app settings.
4. After the phone enters the background stream mode, the live or video will continue to play the sound in the background. Please pull down the status bar to turn off the background stream mode.
