There is noise when using the bluetooth earphones

audio

Causes:

1. The audio source may have noise in it.

2. The Bluetooth connection may be disrupted by distance or obstacles between the device and the earphones.

3. The surrounding environment may have interference that affects the Bluetooth connection and causes noise in the earphones.

4. The earphone's firmware may be outdated.

5. The phone may have a connection problem.

Solution:

1. Some audio sources may have noises themselves. It is recommended that you try to play other videos or music.

2. The effective range of Bluetooth connection is usually about 10 meters. It is recommended that you keep your phone and earphones within 10 meters of each other and avoid any barriers between them, such as walls or people.

3. Due to the nature of Bluetooth earphones, they may be affected by electromagnetic waves in the area, resulting in noise. If there are many Bluetooth devices around you, or if you are near microwaves, monitors, large metal equipment or traffic lights, we suggest that you move to a different location and try connecting to Bluetooth again.

4. We suggest that you check and update the firmware version of your earphones in the realme Link app. If your earphones are already on the latest version or do not support firmware updates, please try resetting and pairing them again.

5. Some devices may have connection issues. We suggest that you try connecting to other devices.

6. We also suggest cleaning the earphones with a soft cotton cloth or brush.
