1. When you need to use the network, confirm whether the network is normal, you can open the browser to browse the web page to confirm;

2. Whether the permission of the corresponding application is enabled, for example, GPS permission is required for positioning and recording permission is required for sending voice. You can enable all of them to determine the non-permission problem and then close the unnecessary permission after verification;

3. If conflicts with other third-party applications in the background, you can restart the phone or try to clean other third-party applications in the background;

4. The application itself has a lot of cache. Please long press the app icon > App info > Storage usage > Clear data/cache. And re-open this app to try.

5. If the phone storage is insufficient, make sure that the remaining space of the phone storage is sufficient. If it is not enough, please clear unnecessary files to release the memory.  If the phone has insufficient running memory, please clear the background program to release the memory;

6. It is caused by the unofficial version of the apps. It is recommended to download apps through the official website or the software store of the phone and try it again and do not download apps through third-party channels;

7. If the app itself is abnormal, you can contact the app customer service for confirmation and use it again after the app is repaired.

If the above does not solve your problem, please backup your data and go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
