Reason:

1. The AV port of the TV or AV external device and AV cable have poor contact.

2. Wrong connection- AV cable connects to the TV or external AV device with different colors of the AV cable and AV port.

3. Wrong connection- AV cable connects to the AV-IN port of the external AV device.

4. Broken AV cable can cause this issue.

5. Input setting of the TV should not be changed to AV mode.

6. Abnormal TV software causes the AV signal to not be recognized by the TV.


Solution:

1. Please unplug and re-plug the AV cable.

2. Please connect the AV cable to the TV and external AV device with the same color of AV cable and AV port.

3. Please connect the AV cable to the AV-OUT port of the external device.

4. Please change the input setting of the TV to AV mode.

5. Please replace a new AV cable.

6. Please restart the TV, then restore the TV to factory settings, and upgrade the TV software to the latest version.
