Unable to connect the TV by the specified App

1. Please re-cast the screen to the TV a few more times.

2. Please exit and re-start this App

3. Please uninstall and re-install this App

4. Please upgrade the APP and TV to the latest version because the new version software is more compatible.

5. If the issue still persists, it may have a compatible issue with the TV. It is suggested to use another screen mirroring App or contact the App supplier for help.


Unable to connect the TV by screen mirroring device

1. Please recast the screen to the TV a few more times.

2. Please reboot the phone.

3. Please restart the TV.

4. If other devices can connect to the TV to cast screen, it may have some issues with the phone.

It is suggested to use other devices to cast screens or contact the phone supplier for help.

If other devices cannot connect to the TV, it may have some issue with the TV. Please upgrade the TV software to the latest version or restore the TV to factory settings.
