Fault Picture:


Reason:

1. Poor connection between the cable and the TV or external device.

2. Abnormal video or input source

3. Damaged or faulty cable.

4. Abnormal picture settings

5. Abnormal TV software issue.


Solution:

1. Make sure that the cable is securely plugged into both the TV and the external device.

2. Try switching to a different video source, such as playing online videos through YouTube.

3. Use a new high-quality cable to ensure proper connectivity.

4. Reset the picture settings. Please follow this path: Settings > Device Preferences> Picture > Restore to Default. 

5. Turn off the TV and unplug the TV power cord, wait for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.

6. Restore the TV to factory settings.

7. Upgrade the TV software,

(Only applicable for Area India) or refer to Software upgrade for realme Smart TV or Youtube How to upgrade realme Smart TV software with USB drive to upgrade the TV software.
