Scenarios & Solutions:
Before troubleshooting, it is important to understand the specific conditions in which the TV indicator lights up and when it does not. Generally, the indicator light is illuminated only when the TV is in standby mode. However, it will not light up when the TV is turned on, turned off, or not receiving power due to being unplugged.
Causes:
1. Abnormal power supplier
2. External device issue. Because of connecting to an external device, the TV display a black screen and the indicator is not showing.
3. Broken indicator
4. Abnormal TV software
Solutions:
1. Please ensure that your TV is plugged into a functioning power outlet. Sometimes, loose connections or power outages can cause the indicator not to light up. Simply plug the TV into a different socket or plug other electric devices into the same power outlet to check if it works normally.
2. Please disconnect all external devices, turn on the TV, and press the input button on the remote to change the mode to the home screen.
3. If the TV can be turned on and works properly, there may be some issue with the TV power indicator.
