Solutions:
1. Please turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. Wait for the TV to cool down and then plug it back in.
2. Replace a new pair of batteries.
3. Refer to How to test if a remote control is working properly? or How to test if the Bluetooth function of the remote control is working properly? to check if the remote control is functioning properly. If not, proceed to solution 9.
4. Ensure that there are no obstructions between the TV and the remote control.
5. Please ensure that there are no electronic devices located near the TV and the remote control.
6. Try connecting the TV to a different network to troubleshoot network-related issues.
7. Please refer to How to reset realme Smart TV? to restore the TV to factory settings.
8. Refer to How to update realme TV system (OTA)? to upgrade the TV software, or refer to Software upgrade for realme Smart TV or Youtube How to upgrade realme Smart TV software with USB drive to upgrade the TV software.
