Online update failures or stuck
Cause:
1. It takes some time for the TV to identify the software package and the upgrade process, resulting in no response from the TV or no change in the progress bar of the TV upgrade. This is a normal phenomenon.
2. Abnormal network or poor network signal
3. Insufficient memory
Solution:
1. Please wait patiently. If there is no response or change in about 5 minutes, it may be that the upgrade failed. Please power off the TV and re-upgrade.
2. Please change to other networks.
3. Please refer to YouTube How to upgrade realme Smart TV software with USB drive or realme Smart TV Neo 32” software update SOP to upgrade the TV software through a USB drive.
4. Please refer to How to reset realme Smart TV? to restore the TV to factory settings.

Software upgrade failures or stuck using a USB flash drive
Cause:
1. It takes some time for the TV to identify the software package and the upgrade process, resulting in no response from the TV or no change in the progress bar of the TV upgrade. This is a normal phenomenon.
2. Abnormal USB drive format. TV only supports FAT32 format USB drive to upgrade the software.
3. TV doesn’t recognize the software package because of the wrong place of the software package, it needs to be placed in the root directory of the USB drive.
4. Broken software package.
Solution:
1. Please wait patiently. If there is no response or change in about 5 minutes, it may be that the upgrade failed. Please power off the TV and re-upgrade.
2. Please check if the USB drive format is FAT32, if not, please format and change the USB drive format to FAT32.
3. Please check if the TV upgrade software package is placed in the root directory of the USB drive. If not, please copy it to the root directory.
4. Re-download the software package and copy it to the USB drive again.
