If your TV model is realme Smart TV 4K 126cm(50") or realme Smart TV 4K 108cm (43") RMV2004, please follow the given steps to close it: Settings - Device Preferences - Accessibility - Select Talkback and turn off.
If your TV model isn't one of these two models, please follow the steps below:
a. Unplug the power cord and plug it back into the TV after 1-2 minutes.
b. Refer to How to reset realme Smart TV? to restore the TV to factory settings.
c. Refer to How to update realme TV system (OTA)？ to upgrade the TV software.
