Problem phenomenon:

Unable to transfer phone data to the SD card

Solution:

1. Restart your phone.

2. Check SD card status: Go to Settings > Storage. Make sure the SD card is detected and mounted.

3. Ensure the SD card isn’t full: Check available space in the storage settings. If it’s full, delete or move some files.

4. Check for write protection or format errors: Some SD cards get corrupted or need to be reformatted.

5. Try transferring specific files manually using the Files or My Files app rather than "Move all data" options.

realme UI 7.0 & 6.0 & 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: My Files app > Click the Files such as photos, videos, etc. > Long press the specific photo, videos, etc. > Click Move > SD card.

realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: File Management app > Click the Files such as photos, videos, etc. > Long press the specific photo, videos, etc. > Click Move > SD card.

realme UI R & S & T & Go & U Edition: Settings > Storage > Internal shared storage > Click the Files such as Photos & videos, etc. > Long press the specific photo, videos, etc. > Click Move to folder > SD card folders.

6. If it still doesn’t work: Try inserting the SD card into another device or a computer with a card reader to test it. If it doesn’t work there either, the card may be damaged or fake.

  • If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data and visit the nearest authorized realme service center for testing.
