II. The picture of you seen by the other party in the video call is blurry.
1. Keep an appropriate distance from the front camera during a video call.
The front camera supports a fixed focal length. When the distance between the front camera and your face is relatively close (less than 30 cm) or relatively far (more than 50 cm), the picture clarity will decrease.
Please adjust the distance appropriately.
2. Confirm whether the front camera recording is blurry.
Please use the video recording function of the camera APP to check if it is normal.
