Solutions:
1. Whether the app and device have been updated to the latest version
2. Power off > Long press side button for 3 seconds to power on
3. Please keep watch close to mobile device to proceed connection
4. Turn off the phone and restart it
5. Delete the connection record in the APP, the pairing record in the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, reset the watch and re-apply scan the code to connect
