If your realme phone is lost or stolen, please follow the steps below to increase the chances of recovering it:

1. Use the Find My app to locate your device

To track down your device, utilize the Find My app on any other smart device that you own.

If your phone does not appear in the list of devices, it means that Find My was not activated. Nevertheless, you can still safeguard your account even if Find My wasn't enabled.

2. Notify your wireless carrier

If your missing device has cellular service, promptly inform your wireless carrier about the situation. Request them to disable your account to prevent unauthorized calls, texts, and data usage.

3. Report the incident to local law enforcement authorities

4. Mark your device as lost

When your device goes missing, get in touch with realme support and provide the below details to mark your device as "lost" in the system. Once your device arrives at one of the realme service centers, you will be contacted and assisted in retrieving your device.

  1. Proof of purchase

  2. IMEI Number

  3. Contact info

  4. FIR / Lost complaint copy from the local police station with concern Police officer's name and number.

5. Remotely erase your device

Utilize the Find My app to either locate your device or play a sound on it. If you choose to erase your device, please note that you will no longer be able to locate it or play sounds on it.

We hope that these steps will assist you in finding your device.
