Reason:
1. The TV may not have sound if it is connected to an external speaker.
2. TV is muted
3. Low volume of the TV.
4. If the TV speakers are off, the TV speaker won’t sound.
5. This issue may be caused by an abnormal or low-volume video or audio.
6. Abnormal TV software.
Solution:
1. Disconnect the external speakers from the TV.
2. Unmute the TV
3. Increase the TV volume.
4. Check if the TV speakers are on.
5. If other videos or audio can be played normally, it means the current video or audio is abnormal. Please try playing another one.
6. Turn off the TV and unplug the TV power cord, wait for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
7. Restore the TV to factory settings.
8. Upgrade the TV software,
