Abnormal Balance setting of sound
Balance is to adjust the volume level on the left or right audio channel.
When the value of balance is close to both ends, it may happen that only one speaker has sound.
Please refer to this path to adjust the balance to 0.
Path: Settings > Device Preferences > Sound > Balance

Note: The setting path is slightly different for different models, please refer to the actual TV display.
Abnormal Video or music
Abnormal video has only one channel so only one speaker has sound.
Please try to play other online videos or music.
Check if the issue is caused by the TV
1. Unplug the power cord and re-plug it in after 2 minutes.
