Taking screenshots by the traditional Volume Down Button + Power Button way is more common and requires a little effort with both hands as well. This sneaky trick will let you take screenshots with a three-finger slide on the screen, no need to push any buttons or anything, just swipe the 3 fingers down and you are done.

1. Make sure the three-finger screenshot is turned on.

realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search Screenshot in the search bar > Screenshot > 3-finger swipe down.

realme UI S & T & U Edition: Settings > System> Gestures > Turn on the Three pointer screenshot and can take screenshots with 3 fingers

realme UI R & GO Edition: Not supported

2. You can restart your phone and try again.

3. Please update the phone system to the latest version.

4. Backup data and reset factory settings to try again.

realme UI 7.0 & 6.0: Settings > System & updates > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Erase all data.

realme UI 3.0 & 4.0 & 5.0: Settings > System/Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Erase all data.

realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data(factory reset) > Erase Downloaded apps and their data / Erase all data.

realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data.

If the above methods still cannot solve your problem, please back up your data in advance, and take the purchase certificate to a realme Customer Service Center for testing.
