The lifespan of a laptop depends on your usual usage habits. In order to prolong the life of your laptop, you can refer to the following methods:

1. The normal charging environment temperature range of the laptop is 0 C ~ 40 C.

It is recommended that the working environment temperature range is 0~35 C, beyond which it is recommended to stop using, so as to avoid damage to the battery life. The environmental temperature of the battery also affects the battery life, especially at low temperatures, the battery life decreases very quickly.

2. Official standard chargers and data cables are recommended for charging during use.

Try to avoid discharging less than 20% of the power to avoid excessive discharge. If the notebook is not used for a long time and is not charged, the battery will be completely exhausted, which may lead to abnormal or no charging.

3. It is not recommended to use the charger for a long time.

Charge and discharge the battery regularly

  • Once a week

  • When the battery is fully charged, do not connect the charger to use the laptop to 10% or less of the charge

and use it as you like.

4. Newly purchased computer built-in batteries need to be activated before they can be used.

The first start-up needs to use the charger in the package for an effective power supply, and then press the start key to turn it on.

5. New laptops are recommended for 5-9 full cycles of charging and discharging.

6. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge and discharge the laptop completely every two weeks.
