Forgot your laptop password.
Solutions:
You need to determine whether the login password is a Microsoft account password or a local account password.
1. For the Microsoft account password, log in to the Microsoft official website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us, select Forgot password, and follow the prompts to retrieve the Microsoft account password.
2. If it is a local account password and a password reset disk has been set before, please insert the password reset disk and click Reset Password on the login interface.
3. If the password reset disk has not been set, it is recommended to reset the Windows operating system (this operation will delete the data in the computer, please operate with caution).
If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to realme Service Center for assistance.
