Problem phenomenon:
The laptop cannot connect to Bluetooth.
Solution:
1. In this case, you need to check the network status and whether the airplane mode is turned on by mistake. Airplane mode will turn off the Bluetooth function of the wireless module. Please turn on the Bluetooth function manually.
2. Check whether the Bluetooth function of the computer is normal; please enter the device manager to check whether there is an abnormal driver, if there is an abnormal driver, please uninstall the abnormal driver and reinstall it.
3. Check whether the Bluetooth function is disabled in "Windows Service", if it is disabled, please turn it on.
4. Please check whether the Bluetooth device to be connected is in the Bluetooth standby mode, if not, please enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.
5. If you cannot connect during pairing, please try a few more times or restart Windows and restart the Bluetooth device.
