Problem phenomenon:
Noise occurs in the earpiece and speaker when answering or making a call.
Solution:
1. Make sure that the sound holes of the earpiece or speaker are not blocked by foreign objects. If there is any, it is recommended to clean it, so as not to affect the sound function.
2. Try calling another number to see if the same situation occurs.
3. Please ensure that the surrounding signal is good. If the signal is too poor or unstable, it will lead to poor call quality and intermittent noise.
4. It is recommended to try after changing the environment. If the environment is disturbed by the magnetic field, it will cause noise in the phone call.
5. If there is noise from the speakers when using a third-party application, it is recommended to check whether the APP is the latest version or reinstall the APP to see if it can be solved.
6. If the above solutions cannot be resolved, it is recommended to restore the system settings. Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Reset Phone > Reset System Settings only.
