If you discover that videos recorded on your phone have no sound during playback, it is usually caused by playback volume settings, blocked microphones, or third-party app permissions. I. Playback and Connections
1. Adjust Media Volume
Play the video again and press the Volume Up button to ensure the media volume is not muted. Sometimes the video was recorded correctly, but the playback volume is simply set to zero.
2. Disconnect Bluetooth Devices
If a Bluetooth headset or speaker is connected, the audio might be playing through that device instead of the phone speaker. Please turn off Bluetooth in the control center or disconnect the device to verify if the sound returns to the phone.
II. Hardware and Usage
1. Unblock and Clean Microphone
The microphone holes are usually located at the bottom and top of the phone. Please check if your fingers or a phone case accidentally covered these holes during recording, as this prevents sound from entering. Also, gently brush the microphone openings to remove any dust or debris that might be blocking sound input.

1. Check App Permissions
If you recorded the video using a third-party app rather than the built-in camera, the app may not have permission to use the microphone. Please go to Settings > Apps > App Management, find the specific app, and ensure "Microphone" access is set to "Allow".
