Solutions:
We recommend that you follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Please use an adapter with an input voltage of DC 5V, 1A.
2. Please disconnect the TV stick from the TV, then plug it back in later.
3. Disconnect the TV stick from the TV, then turn off the TV and unplug the power cord of the TV; Next, plug the TV power cord back in after 1-2 minutes, and insert the TV stick back into the TV.
4. Connect the TV stick to other HDMI ports (If the TV has two or more). If other HDMI ports can work normally, there may be some issues with the HDMI port, please contact the TV supplier.
5. Disconnect the TV stick from the TV, and unplug the power cord of the TV stick; Next, plug the TV stick power cord back in after 1-2 minutes, and insert the TV stick back into the TV.
6. Connect the TV stick to another TV or monitor. If other devices can work normally, there may be an issue with the TV. Please contact the TV supplier for further assistance. If other devices can't work normally, there may be an issue with the TV stick. Please visit the service center for detection.
