What to do if your earphones get wet:

1. Please hold the metal contact at the bottom of the earphone and shake it to remove the water from the sound-emitting hole at the top. Hold the earphones firmly to avoid dropping and damaging.

2. Place the earphones in a dry and ventilated environment to dry for about 48 hours to ensure that there is no water residue in the earphones before reconnecting them for use.

What to do if your charging case gets wet:

1. Please take out the earphones, shake the charging case upside down, put a cotton swab into the case and wipe it clean, then close the lid and put it aside for about 48 hours.

If the earphones are abnormal after the above operations, please visit the nearest realme customer service center for further inspection.

Note:

1. Please do not use the Bluetooth earphones immediately after entering the water to avoid short-circuit damage to the components inside the earphones after it is powered on.

2. Please do not use a hair dryer or an oven to bake the earphones. High temperature and high heat will cause permanent damage to the components.
