Why I can only see a black screen, a blank screen on realme smart TV?

The influence of external device

When the TV is connected to an external device, if the external device displays abnormally, such as a black screen or a blank screen, the TV will display it synchronously.

It is suggested to disconnect all external devices, such as DVDs, TV sticks and etc.


If TV can display normally after disconnecting the external device, there may be some issues with the external device.
 Please refer to these steps:

        1. Restart the external device.

        2. Contact the external device for further help.

If the TV can't display normally after disconnecting the external device, Please refer to Check if the issue is caused by the TV to troubleshoot.


Check if the issue is caused by the TV

1. Unplug the TV power cord and re-plug it in after 2 minutes.

2. Check if the power indicator lights.

     If yes, please follow step 3.
