Solutions:
1. Please unplug the ethernet cable and firmly plug it back in.
2. Replace the damaged or broken cable with a new one.
3. If other devices are also experiencing issues, contact the ISP supplier for assistance.
4. Please move the TV closer to the router.
5. Try connecting to a different WIFI network.
6. Check and ensure that DHCP settings are turned on, Network traffic control is turned off, and other related settings are not affecting the device's internet access.
7. If the TV works normally when connected to a mobile hotspot, there may be an issue with the router. Please contact the router supplier for assistance or replace the router.
8. Reset the time zone, time, and date to match the official time.
9. Turn off the TV, unplug the power cord, wait for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
