Solution:
1. Reinstall the graphics card driver
Open the browser, enter the official website "realme.com" - select "System & Driver Update" - select "Laptop" - find the graphics card driver with the Windows 11 logo to download and install.
2. Reinstall support components
Open your browser and go to Microsoft's official website“https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/”
Try to reinstall Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, click the download link of the evergreen bootloader, and install it.
3. If the above methods are invalid, please back up important personal data, press F8 continuously during the restart process, enter safe mode, select troubleshooting, and reset the system to restore factory settings.
