Why the Mic is not working on the realme Wired earphones?
Solutions:
Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the Earphone jack is properly connected to the phone.
2. Test your microphone to make sure it works. Using the Recorder app, you can try recording.
3. Check the earphone jack area for dirt or foreign objects, and if needed, clean and check again.
4. Check whether the earphone is working properly with another mobile.

6. Check whether the Mic is working properly after replacing the SIM of the phone with another operator.
7. Reboot the realme phone and check again whether the mic is working or not. Refer to this article- How to reset the realme phone
